Our time in Laluri was truly special. The village is beautiful, the work was meaningful, and every meal was delicious. Even though the days were long, we enjoyed every moment. Dev and Kasia are incredibly kind and selfless people who made us feel at home. Laluri will always hold a special place in our hearts, and we already miss it.

Laluri is a wonderful place filled with warmth and purpose. From working on farms and irrigation projects to teaching children and helping in village activities, every day was full of learning. Dev’s dedication to the village is inspiring, Kasia is knowledgeable and creative, and Pankaj brings joy with his cooking and positivity. This experience changed the way I think and work, and I can’t wait to return.

Staying in Laluri with the villagers and other volunteers felt like becoming part of a family. After two months, leaving felt like leaving home. We learned so much about Indian culture, traditional cooking, and daily village life. The fresh air, mountain views, and peaceful environment made this experience truly unforgettable.

Laluri is a beautiful mountain village with a strong sense of community. Being part of local life and helping with different projects was an amazing experience. We are very grateful to Dev, Pankaj, and Ashish for welcoming our family so warmly. Working in the organic garden and helping with English classes was both rewarding and enjoyable.
